STATE OVERSEER
Pastor Anthony Sola Adegoke was saved on Saturday, December 27, during the 1986 Deeper Life Bible Church December Retreat in Sokoto, Nigeria. Other Christian experiences of sanctification and baptism in the Holy Ghost came consecutively thereafter. His growth in the Lord, under able ministers in the ministry, has since been steady.
The expansion of the church in the United States led to his appointment as a Pastor to the North Carolina branch in Raleigh. Prior to that, he served as State Coordinator of Deeper Life Campus Fellowship in Sokoto State, Nigeria; Pastor of Deeper Life Bible Church, Sokoto Airport, Nigeria; Youth Coordinator of New York Deeper Life Bible Church; and Coordinating Pastor of Deeper Life Bible Church, Brooklyn, New York. The attributes that best describe him as a pastor are strong preaching, patience, compassion, and caring. He is unafraid to tell the hard truth of the Gospel.
